Withdraw from a contract

If you bought an UnTXT subscription or a purchase of credit as an individual, you can withdraw from it within 14 days of buying it. You do not need an account to do this here, and you do not need to give a reason.

You get back what you paid, less the value of any credit you had already used on analyses. We refund it within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the card you paid with. A subscription stops and does not renew.

Buying for an organisation? This applies to individual consumers only. Organisation accounts have a separate route, set out in section 12 of the organisation agreement.
