Unlike our own numbers, the competitor figures come from a 2023 study by Weber-Wulff et al. that used a different test set, so treat the chart as indicative rather than a direct trial. To be clear, no detector is perfect. Of the texts UnTXT flagged, about 6 in 10 were genuinely AI, which is why a flag should start a conversation instead of ending one.
