What is UnTXT?

Definition: UnTXT is a web-based AI writing detection tool developed by Sataklela OÜ. It analyses text pasted by the user and highlights specific passages that match AI writing patterns, using ten independently-weighted detection modules. Each flagged passage is colour-coded by signal type so users know not just that a passage is flagged, but which kind of AI pattern it matched.

UnTXT is available at untxt.uk as part of the CVaaS ecosystem. It requires no software installation and is accessed through a web browser. Sign-in uses Google OAuth. The first 5,000 words are analysed free on sign-up.

Core Purpose

UnTXT solves a specific problem: when someone reads a piece of writing and suspects it contains AI-generated passages, they need to know which passages and why. A percentage score does not tell you which sentence to rewrite. UnTXT does.
